Pastor Mike Saylor
Pastor Saylor arrived in 2023 to serve as Senior Pastor. He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary in 1999. He has previously served congregations in Iowa and Ohio. He and his wife Laura have seven children and five grandchildren. Before becoming a pastor he worked for more than 10 years for a candy company. He enjoys nature, running, and spending time with family.
Pastor Tim Seeber
Pastor Seeber has served at Zion since 1987 and stepped down from the Senior Pastor role in 2023. He has received additional training in counseling, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and photography. He has a daughter as well as two married sons with six grandchildren. His wife, Roxanne, is a township attorney. He played soccer, baseball and golf in high school and college. He enjoys photography, travel, cooking, reading, writing, music and art.
Pastor Mark Couch
Pastor Couch has served as Campus Minister to WMU since 2001. He also assists in our ministry at Zion. He graduated from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis in 1995. He served previously in St. Petersburg, Florida. He has coordinated many servant events, and works with FCA and International Students ministries. Pastor Mark has one son. He enjoys sports, especially University of Tennessee Football.
Aaron Grube, DCE
Aaron Grube has served as Director of Christian Education at Zion since 2012. He coordinates our educational ministries, spending a majority of his time with the Youth at Zion. He graduated from Concordia River Forest in 2008 and served for 5 years in Decatur, IL. He has written devotions and a book for CPH and is KINDLE servant leadership certified also serving as a Coach for multiple KINDLE cycles. He is married to Andie who is in EMS and they have two girls.
